Does anyone have any domain names around the “Atlanta house painting” keyword set? I am in another SEO contest and I want to make sure I have all of my domain name assets covered. Thanks for your help.

There is only one pre-release domain that stuck out at me today: InkSource.com. If you are interested in playing in the ever competitive ink cartridge replacement market, then this may be the domain for you.

Napkin Pirates and Domaining

Napkin Pirates - A New Site, A New Challenge

There is currently an SEO challenge going on in the Kansas City area. We are all gunning for top organic rankings for the term “napkin pirates.” I, being an SEO and Domainer, have decided to leverage both disciplines to be successful in this SEO challenge. As such, I have purchased ThemedPartySupplies.com to use as a test case to see if I can get a brand new domain to rank in 30 days.

I will be certain to keep the readers of this blog posted as to my progress in this challenge. Any readers of you out there that are feeling extremely kind, I humbly request incoming links to my new napkin pirates website and/or this post. Thank you so much for your help.

Stay tuned!

Here are two pre-release domains that are available today through NameJet. I’m going to leave it to you to pull traffic data.

  • anewsmile.com - “New Smile” is a targeted term for the dental industry.
  • fartjar.com - I admit that I had one of these as a kid. I’m tempted to go get this one for myself just for old times sake.

Yahoo Puts Parked.com On Notice

Written by Jason Barrett.  Posted under Domaining News

Yahoo, in its efforts to find ways to make less and less money has notified Parked.com that it will be enforcing its rules on traffic arbitrage. Here is Yahoo’s statement.

“All other types of traffic including bought traffic, traffic driven by PPC campaigns, traffic directed from hyperlinks are not permitted. If your traffic originates from any sources other than type-in and search engine traffic, you will not be entitled to payment as per this Agreement. Regular checks are carried out and we reserve the right to suspend any domain from our Service at any time, on our sole discretion, if we reasonably believe that you have violated this Agreement; for example, if we suspect that the traffic on your domain is bought, generated or redirected in any way that contravenes these terms and conditions.”

And so the shoe drops!
